One of many hands-on training workshops Dr. Bharati Abhyankar has led over the past 7–8 years, equipping OB-GYN practitioners with practical colposcopy skills for early cervical cancer detection.
Dr. Bharati Abhyankar has been conducting specialised Colposcopy Training Camps for obstetricians and gynaecologists for the past 7–8 years — most recently in February 2026 — with the goal of developing their practical skills in early cervical cancer detection using colposcopy.
Colposcopy is a vital diagnostic procedure used to detect abnormal changes in cervical cells before they progress to cancer. This training camp gave participating doctors direct, hands-on experience with the technique under expert guidance.
